On occasion, a flexible fee structure based on household income may be available. I allocate specific slots in my diary for these instances, and when possible, I will collaborate with you to establish an arrangement that supports ongoing therapy.

Yes, I offer face-to-face counselling sessions. These are conducted in a private and secure location in Deniliquin. I provide a limited number of in-person appointments to ensure a personalised and empowering experience for each client.

Being in a familiar environment brings a sense of safety, making it easier to address the challenges you're facing without feeling excessively vulnerable or anxious. Our conversations are confidential and private. However, there are 3 instances where I may have to breach confidentiality as my duty of care to you and others.

These are:

• If there's a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

• If there's suspected child abuse.

• If I am required to due to a court order.

If the above does occur I will ensure I discuss it with you before taking any action.
